Emerald Matcha is our top-grade Japanese matcha, sitting above our Ceremonial grade. Grown at high altitude, the leaves are meticulously hand-picked in the cool early spring mornings when they are at their plumpest and most moist. Only the youngest, most tender leaves are selected, then carefully dried and ground into an exceptionally deep, vibrant green powder , the true mark of premium matcha.
