Lychee

Ripe juicy lychees, known as alligator strawberries in Thailand, are peeled then added when wok drying the Oolong tea. An exotic blend of bold Oolong and sweet lychees. Enjoy hot by adding two heaped teaspoons in a 70ml pot with water just off the boil steep for 3 minutes to enjoy the full body of the Oolong and the natural fruitiness of the sweet lychee, when making at home you chill the remaining infusion, pour over ice cubes, and add tinned lychees and a sprig of mint. Sweeten with lychee juice if desired.
