White Monkey

Grown along the slopes of the Taimu Mountains in the Fujian province, the young leaves are gathered from the tips and buds of the tea plant, carefully processed by hand. The result is a tea that is intricately woven with beautiful white tips giving a spicy invigorating taste. The appearance of the leaf re-semble a monkeys claw hence the name.
