Chun Mee

Chun Mee tea is one of the most popular green teas that originate from China. Chun Mee translates in English to “precious eye brows” the leaves of this tea are dried and form the arched shape of a typical eyebrow. This tea has a dusty appearance and is generally more acidic and less sweet than other green teas. The leaves have a fine to medium jade colour, each leaf is long but tiny an important quality is con-sistency in shape ( small curved as the eyebrow painted on a porcelain doll) originally only produced in the Chinese Jiangxi province.
